Our facility is a 6 bedroom home with both single suites and double occupancy. Each room is designed to give independence as well as privacy. Rooms can be furnished with your loved ones personal property to help make the space feel like home; or, we do provide furnishings as needed. Some of our services offered are:

  • assistance with daily living activities, care and hygiene

  • medical monitoring

  • access to medical care with in-house service

  • transportation as needed 

  • housekeeping and laundry services

  • daily nutritious, homemade meals and snacks

  • 24 hour highly trained staff and supervision

  • routine security check

  • tracking bracelets for those who need extra wondering security

  • intimate home living areas

  • daily activities for socialization and memory care

We promote linking loved ones to their identity thru exercise, touch, and all other senses to keep the mind active. This helps promote conversation with caregivers and other residents for social interaction.

HEALTHCARE:

 

 

Our staff is trained to not only assist in daily activities of living, but also handle specific needs to those with memory issues. They understand how the disease manifests, how to respond to disruptive changes in behavior, and how to communicate with not only the resident, but family. We understand how important your loved one is to you!

Besides our 24 hour staff service, Sunrise Terrace contracts with a variety of providers that will come in house to make Heath Care as easy as possible for your loved one. A few examples of such services is monthly general physician visits, podiatry, optometry, dental, lab testing, and some x-ray services.

Our on staff nurse is available to answer and assist with any questions or concerns you may have about your loved ones health care needs.
